“I don’t think some people should still be in office”- A Plus

Musician, Kwame Asare Obeng, has said that, the popular saying that, Ghana’s laws are always not fairly applied, is very true.
According to the musician cum comedian, if the laws are applied fairly, some people holding some sensitive positions, will still not be in office.
Mr Asare Obeng who is popularly known as Kwame A Plus, is worried that though people have committed clear procurement breaches at the Public Procurement Authority (PPA) and Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) which should have warranted their dismissal, they are still at post for obvious reasons.
“I don’t think some people should still be in office”, he said recently.
A Plus’ comments come in the wake of reports that he assisted in saving some GHc337, 685.60 million that was supposed to be the cost for auditing and reviewing contracts signed under the erstwhile John Mahama government by SSNIT.
